Born and raised in India, Dr. Chinmay Patel embarked on a remarkable journey in the field of nephrology. Moving to the United States in 2008, Dr. Patel’s passion for nephrology led him to complete a fellowship in New York solidifying his expertise in kidney care. Board certified in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology; Dr. Patel has been practicing nephrology for more than 10 years.

In January 2021, Dr. Patel made a significant move to Longview, Texas, bringing his wealth of experience and dedication to join our practice. His multicultural background and extensive training make him a valuable asset to the field of nephrology in our community.

Dr. Patel and his wife enjoy raising their two children in beautiful East Texas and watching them grow and develop in their love of learning. In his leisure time, Dr. Patel enjoys the outdoors as well as supporting small local businesses.
